I've very excited to share a new giveaway with you all! This one is brought to you by Made by Mosaic, a social enterprise based in the township of Ikageng in Potchefstroom, South Africa. It was started in 2011 and currently employs more than 20 previously unemployed women, all of whom handcraft products ranging from knitted scarves to leather laptop bags with locally sourced materials.
Profits from Made by Mosaic support the work of the non-profit organization Mosaic Community Developments which is implementing a sustainable orphan care model. To create sustainability in the community, Made by Mosaic employees receive priceless skills that enable them to pursue higher-level employment in the future.
